 This is my Story

My journey did not begin in confidence or clarity.

It began in survival.

As a child, I learned early how to stay quiet, how to shrink, how to endure. Trauma became familiar before safety ever did. My voice was dismissed long before I understood the power it carried, and violation, and violence attempted to redefine who I was and what I was worth.

For a long time, I believed silence was protection.

But silence never healed me. What ultimately saved me was not avoidance, denial, or even strength it was truth, and the slow, courageous decision to confront it in the presence of Christ. 

Healing required me to face what happened, acknowledge how it shaped me, and then make a radical choice: I would no longer live disconnected from my authority.

God did not rescue me by erasing my past.

He restored me by teaching me who I am in Him.

Through faith, accountability,  disciplined and lots of  inner work, I learned that healing is not passive. It requires responsibility. It requires action. It requires alignment. And most importantly, it requires understanding that Christ does not call us to remain bound. He calls us to be whole.

I discovered that trauma may influence a chapter, but it does not get to author the entire story.

Today, I help women who have endured trauma reclaim what was never truly taken from them—their voice, agency, and authority in Christ. I walk with women as they move from surviving to standing, from silence to self-trust, from brokenness to embodied leadership.

My work is rooted in this truth:

Healing is Holy work and authority is restored when truth is honored.

I am not here to fix women.

I am here to remind them who they already are.
